Become a Professional Member
RESOLVE has ended its Professional Membership program. The Professional Services Directory will be available through September 1, 2025, and then it will be removed from the RESOLVE website. We are no longer adding new listings.
We know that professional membership in RESOLVE is about much more than a listing on our website. We thank all of our past members – your support has been invaluable. Your dues have helped finance our programs and services for patients. Your involvement has helped to move our mission forward. We value you and our partnership with you. We hope that we can count on your continued support and partnership through your charitable support to RESOLVE on an annual basis, your involvement in our state and federal advocacy work and your presence at events like Night of Hope and Advocacy Day.
