Trying to Build a Family – Peer Support Group
This virtual peer-led support group is for women at any stage of trying to build a family, including those trying to conceive, navigating fertility treatment, processing pregnancy loss, considering donor paths or adoption, or facing long-term decisions. The group is grounded in the principles of Educate, Encourage, and Empower — offering shared lived experience, thoughtful conversation, and emotional support in a confidential setting. Participants may share openly or simply listen. The goal is connection, clarity, and strength through community.
This group is open to women nationwide and welcomes participants at all stages of the family-building journey. Meetings are structured to promote respectful sharing, emotional safety, and confidentiality. Participation is voluntary, and there is no requirement to share. The group remains peer-led and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
