Support Groups

Four week virtual groups facilitated by mental health professionals trained in embryo donation. Six to eight individuals per group find connection with others in a safe space and discuss:

• Decision making
• Future feelings
• Interaction, communication, relationships, and disclosure
• Self care/nurturing/resources
• Other discovered topics

Intimate discussion with peers in your space and guidance, at a time that works for you.

Build connection in four sessions over four weeks, plus optional supplemental week(s). Share ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another.
