Support Groups
San Diego Primary Infertility Mind-Body Professionally-led Group
Participating in this 8-week Mind-Body Group will offer you connection and support from other people who get it, help reduce feelings of isolation, and provide the opportunity to learn and practice new strategies that reduce stress. Group discussions focus on coping with stress, concerns, identity, self-esteem, relationships and communication, among other things impacted by infertility.
This is a professionally-led support group that meets in person in San Diego, California.
