Spanish Language Resources that Help People Talk to Their Employer About Adding Fertility Benefits

RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association releases new resources for Spanish-speaking community during National Infertility Awareness Week®.

(April 19, 2021, McLean, VA) – Together with our partner, Infertilidad Latina Podcast, a podcast in Spanish that discusses infertility issues in the Latinx community, RESOLVE has released important resources for the Spanish-speaking community.

Included is our popular Coverage at Work Toolkit, which will empower the Latinx community to talk to their employers and HR departments about adding fertility benefits to their employer-provided healthcare plans. To date, RESOLVE’s Coverage at Work program has brought new or expanded fertility benefits to more than 550,000 U.S. employees.

“RESOLVE is proud to offer our most popular resources for the Spanish-speaking community. It’s important to RESOLVE that we’re working to ensure everyone challenged in building their family has the resources and support they need to thrive during this time,” said Barbara Collura, RESOLVE’s President/CEO.

Other resources include information about infertility, access to Spanish-speaking volunteers on our HelpLine, and advice on how to navigate personal relationships while facing infertility.

The Infertilidad Latina Podcast, hosted by Adriana Quiñones, Blanca Tellez, and Jasmine Higgins, shared “No estás sola, no estás solo. You are not alone. We are excited to work with RESOLVE on these important resources for our community and thank them for understanding that the Spanish-speaking community needs resources that are accessible to them.”
