As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C), Leila Zwelling specializes in women’s mental health across the lifespan with a focus on the reproductive years.
Her more than two decades of experience includes serving as the Program Director for the Women’s Mental Health Program at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. She is also a Certified Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) Trainer & Supervisor, and provide clinical supervision to psychiatry residents as a UCSF Associate Clinical Professor.
Her approach is interactive, relational, trauma-informed, and draws from my advanced training in multiple evidence-based psychotherapy models. She is passionate about helping my clients get through the hard times so they can enjoy life again.
