Lucky Sekhon, MD, is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at RMA of New York and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Sekhon is passionate about her research, and has published dozens of scientific abstracts and original research articles in peer-reviewed journals regarding personalized medicine, genetics, and embryonic gene expression networks. Her research on how transcriptional activity mediates mitochondrial function received the prestigious Society of Reproductive Biologist & Technologies Basic Science Award at the 74th annual meeting of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine in 2018. Dr. Sekhon’s research interests extend to her professional work, where she specializes in diagnosing and treating reproductive issues, fertility preservation, LGBTQ family building, and in vitro fertilization with preimplantation genetic testing of embryos. Dr. Sekhon has been named a New York SuperDoctor Rising Star every each since 2019.
