Dr. Barbara A. McGuirk is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and an endometriosis specialist who has been dedicated to women’s health for over 28 years. To give the kind of care she believes in, Dr. McGuirk knew she had to create a special place and team. In 1995, Dr. McGuirk founded Reproductive Associates of Delaware, now known as RADfertility, with a mission to provide ethical, personal care for men and women, and help them achieve their dream of building their family. She also serves as the Program Director of RAD’s Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Center

As the Director of Reproductive Surgery, Dr. McGuirk has performed thousands of life-changing surgeries for women of all ages with chronic pelvic pain. She is passionate about helping women out of chronic pain caused by endometriosis and other gynecological issues. She is one of only a few skilled surgeons in the country performing laparoscopy to treat endometriosis.
