Nancy Lishack, M.Ed. has trained with Dr. Alice Domar, Executive Director of the Domar Center for Mind/Body Health, Director of Integrative Care at Boston IVF, and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. The Mind/Body Fertility Program at Calm Waters is modeled after Dr. Domar’s program in Boston. Part of the reason Nancy started Calm Waters is because she personally walked the painful path of infertility and is committed to helping other women cope with the emotional aspects of infertility and feel empowered. This ten-week Mind/Body Fertility Program teaches you how to: reduce stress, learn the power of meditation, practice yoga for fertility, grow together as a couple, replace negative emotions with positive ones and much more. Discussions with other women who can respond with “me too” can bring a sense of comfort and healing. Nancy offers her clients a program based on science plus empathy and understanding.
