Debra E. Guston focuses her practice on family formation through adoption and assisted reproduction and family protection through estate planning, guardianship for special needs kids and other practice areas designed to support strong families. Deb is a Past President of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. She is involved in legislative advocacy with RESOLVE and the NJ State Bar Association. Deb is an LGBTQ+ advocate and community leader. She teaches Family Law and Assisted Reproduction at Rutgers School of Law/Newark.
