Dominique Couture is a New York State Licensed Social Worker and certified Grief Informed Professional who has experience supporting individuals across their lifespan. She specializes in working with children (age 10) through older adulthood and also has a special interest in working with college students and medical professionals. Dominique has a particular interest in supporting individuals working through a variety of life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, caregiver burnout, stress, work/life balance, self-care, self-esteem, relationship issues, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Dominique aims to meet her client’s where they are at in their journey and then together, create a plan to unpack their experiences and help them find ways to get to the other side. Dominique believes that all her client’s have an innate power to heal and grow and it is her hope that therapy can be viewed as an additional tool to help them get to their destination.
