To prevent citizens of foreign adversarial nations from entering into or enforcing surrogacy contracts in the United States. This Act may be cited as the “Stopping Adversarial Foreign Exploitation of Kids In Domestic Surrogacy Act” or the “SAFE KIDS Act”.
