Kitchen Table Conversations: Family Building and Access to Care for the LGBTQ+ Community

Host: Tracie Sullivan, Grassroots Outreach Manager, RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association

Shelbi Day, Co-Director State Poilcy and Senior Policy Counsel, Family Equality
Julie Kruse, Director of Federal Policy, Family Equality
Amanda Rush, Senior Manager, Coverage at Work, RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association

Join RESOLVE and our advocacy partner Family Equality for an important conversation around federal and state legislation that impacts access to family building options and how you can get involved. We’ll also be joined by RESOLVE’s Coverage at Work program manager to discuss ways to talk to your employer about family building benefits that matter to you. We plan to provide opportunities to answer your questions and give practical tips to help you advocate for yourself.

RESOLVE’s Kitchen Table Conversation is a new series, hosted by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, which brings back the nostalgia of our founding, around Barbara Eck’s kitchen table.  Ms. Eck founded the first RESOLVE support group in 1974 where she brought women together to discuss issues that mattered to them.  We are proud to carry on this tradition through our nationwide network of support groups and through this new web series where we tackle topics important to anyone who is challenged in building a family.
