2020 Federal Advocacy Day
Federal Advocacy Day is a 1 ½ day event where the infertility community comes together to educate Members of Congress about issues and legislation important to our community.
Tuesday, May 19th:
- 2:30PM-4:30PM ET – New Advocate Training (For people new to Advocacy Day)
This training is highly recommended for anyone new to Advocacy Day. This training will help you prepare for your Congressional meetings and make your Advocacy Day experience even better.
- 5:00PM-7:00PM ET – Welcome Reception (Optional Attendance)
Join RESOLVE leaders and fellow advocates at a meet and greet reception. Location will be sent with your Advocacy Day confirmation email. Please note the times are subject to change.
Wednesday, May 20th:
- 7:30AM ET– 5:00PM ET – Advocacy Day (Mandatory Attendance)
We will start early in the morning for the training session followed by your scheduled meetings with your Senators and Representative. Please plan to be at Advocacy Day until 5:00PM.
- First-Time Attendee: $10.00 Administration fee
- Repeat Attendee: Registration is free
*IMPORTANT: If you are planning to come with a friend or family member or in a group, each person attending must register separately so the appropriate meetings can be planned for your time on Capitol Hill.
