RESOLVE Celebrates 50 Years of Service

With her own infertility journey and her career as a nurse as her guide, Barbara Eck started the first RESOLVE support group at her kitchen table in her home in Massachusetts. She was the first to organize women experiencing infertility and offer support. Just a year later, in 1974, RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association became an incorporated non-profit organization.

In 2024, RESOLVE celebrated its 50th Anniversary, launching the Fight for Families fundraising campaign, with ambitious goals and big needs.

We raised more than $400,000, which allows us to build on our already impactful mission. Through this campaign we also brought new supporters to RESOLVE, inspiring people with our impact. We won’t stop fighting for families. We won’t stop telling our truth and ensuring our lawmakers understand our biggest needs. We won’t stop building communities that offer meaningful and free emotional support to those in need. And we won’t stop raising awareness that people with infertility matter.
